Our elegant, restored carriage house
is available as the perfect venue
for your next party or celebration.

The maximum capacity is 120 guests.
It is a non-smoking building with easy drive-up access to the front doors.
Tables (Fifteen 60" round, three 7' rectangle, three 6' rectangle) and chairs are provided at no additional cost.
The hall includes a stage which can accomodate a DJ.
You have access to our kitchen that includes a refrigerator/freezer and ample working space.
Choose your own caterer, florist, entertainment.
Our caretaker is on premises during the entire party to assist you.
We rent to only one event per day.
All events must end by 11:30pm.
Rental Rates: Saturdays & Sundays: $100 per hour....5-hour minimum
Fridays: $350 for first 5 hours. $100 per additional hour
Monday - Thursday: $275 for first 5 hours. $100 per additional hour.
Rental time includes set-up & clean-up.
Downpayment of $200 and signing of the contract and rental regulations holds the date for your event. Balance is due one month prior to the event.
A $200 security deposit is required for each party, and is payable one month prior to the event.
Security deposits are mailed to the renter 2-3 weeks after the event.
